NYSC Scheme | Project Management in International Development | Cohort: Q1:2024

Fellowship in Project Management

This programme is a comprehensive introduction to development project management. Designed for NYSC members who want to build or increase their skills in project management and who are looking to work with international development organizations, donor and public institutions, NGOs, non-profit and community-based organizations, and anyone interested in a career in development project management.

The programme provides an understanding of needs assessments, data collection techniques from relatively stable societies to challenging political space and sustainability. It is is designed for both novice and mid-level development practitioners with a comprehensive, hands-on training that covers researching funding sources, writing award winning proposals and implementation of development assistance projects.

This fellowship aims for your intellectual engagement to be transformative and make a difference in our polarized world by pushing the boundaries of development thinking. We believe you can deliver impact as part of your fellowship, so instead of doing a term paper, you’ll complete your programme with a hypothetical consultancy project linked to real challenges.

This programme is a sole initiative of Dataville Research LLC. We are not formally linked to the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) therefore, we do not position our self as an official representative or answer on behalf of the government agency.
