Less than 2 weeks prior to commencement: 100% of the course fee
Cancellations must be in writing by post or email.
Dataville Research reserves the right to cancel the course up to 7 days prior to the commencement date.
Delegate Substitution
You may substitute an alternative delegate on any place booked at no additional cost.
